2. Your access code or PIN
Telephone Teller has issued an Access Code for every member. To obtain your code, or to change the issued code to a special number of YOUR own choosing, stop by or call NBCUEFCU. MEMORIZE your code for safety. Don't write your PIN or Account Number in your Guide.

This is listed on your statement, next to each share or loan. You must use these codes to conduct transactions on various loans, shares, IRA's etc. If you don't have a statement handy, call NBCUEFCU to obtain your codes ...then write them in your wallet card for future reference.

4. Action codes
These are listed on the Telephone Teller wallet card or after you call, press 99 for help menu. You will use these codes to conduct various transactions such as Balance inquiries, Last 5 Deposits, etc.
